The FSP10 fine dust sampling system according to IFA (Institut für Arbeitsschutz DGUV, formerly BGIA or BIA), for 10 l/min, is a sampling head, for sampling the alveolar dust fraction (respirable dust).
The coarse dust container (Gritt pot) must be emptied after each sampling, as the coarse dust fraction collects in it.
The universal receptacle is screwed onto the thread of the cyclone.
The filter support is fitted with a membrane filter with a pore size of 8 µm and an outer diameter of 37 mm. In contrast to the GSP, GGP and FAP systems, with the FSP the inflow to the filter is from below through the universal holder. Accordingly, the side of the filter to be loaded must be inserted into the filter holder from below. The support strainer must be placed between the filter and the clamping ring. The suction funnel is placed concentrically on the clamping ring and fixed in the universal receptacle with the union nut. A flat gasket is inserted between the suction funnel and the filter capsule.
Scope of delivery:
FSP10 cyclone, universal mount, plastic cassette (Ø = 37mm), support sieve, FSP flat gasket, FSP10 suction funnel, fastening element.
