The following terms apply:
We calculate the shipping costs based on weight, shipping region or country and the sum insured. The specific shipping costs for the items you have selected will be displayed once you have placed them in your shopping basket. The standard sum insured is €500. A sum insured of €25,000 is also available. For deliveries outside Europe, any customs costs are already included.
The item description states when the item is ready for dispatch. After this date, the goods will be dispatched. If no other period is stated in the item description, the goods will generally be delivered within 2 - 4 working days in Germany (5 - 14 for samplers), and within 3 - 5 working days for foreign deliveries within Europe (6 - 16 for samplers). For deliveries outside Europe it usually takes longer.
Please note that there is no delivery on weekends and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
You can also collect the product by yourself at our place. We will inform you about its availability per e-mail. We don’t charge any shipping cost in this case.

We reserve the right to execute delivery only against prepayment per bank transfer in individual cases. The invoice amount payment is to be made within 14 days after invoicing.
