SG4000ex sampler complete

The air sampler SG4000ex has been developed for the sampling of gaseous and particulate matter especially in explosive atmosphere. The range of nominal flow rate is from 50 to 3,500 ml/min, lower flow rates down to approx. 10 ml/min are possible with higher tolerance, higher flow rates up to approx. 4000 ml/min are also possible with shorter run times and less flow resistance/back pressure, without charger.

The SG4000ex is certified according to the directive 94/9/EC (ATEX) for the operation in potentially explosive areas. The Certificate Number is: ISSeP04ATEX041 with the classification: II 2G EEx ib IIB T3. The standard working range is 0°C to 40°C.
For a very short sampling time of maximum 2 hours, it is technically possible to perform the sampling with the sampling device in the extended temperature range of -5°C to 50°C. This can lead to an overload of the device, so that in case of a damage of the device no warranty is taken over.

Production was discontinued with effect from September 30, 2017. The service will continue until the end of 2020. After that, the service can only be continued to a limited extent. See related products as applicable replacements.
